Laser Genesis Resurfacing

Laser Genesis is a no downtime skin resurfacing treatment for fine lines, minimizing pores, improving texture, diffuse redness, rosacea, scars, and poikiloderma (red/brown pigment on neck and chest). It utilizes micropulse technology, heating the dermis to stimulate collagen production.

My Friends Noticed

I received compliments from friends and family regarding my new ‘youthful’ and ‘dewy’ complexion. I’ve been in the cosmetics industry for more than 30 years. If you want your skin picture ready for grad, a wedding, Instagram or any occasion, I highly recommend this procedure. All I can say is ‘wow’!

  • No downtime
  • Safe for all skin types
  • Can be done over the lunch hour
  • Promotes healthy complexion
  • Reduces post inflammatory redness seen in active acne and rosacea
  • Shrinks pores and glands within dermis, reducing acne

Conditions It Treats

  • Sun damage
  • Fine lines
  • Irregular pigmentation
  • The appearance of large pores
  • Rosacea (by reducing redness)
  • Brown age spots
  • Small blood vessels (capillaries)
  • The appearance of scars (red, raised)
  • Active acne

How It Works

Laser Genesis works by using thousands of micro-pulses of laser energy to activate collagen remodeling and promoting a healthy complexion. The heat generated in the capillaries reduces redness from scars or rosacea.

What To Expect

Your Laser Genesis treatment will take about 30 minutes. This safe and gentle treatment requires no anesthesia and no downtime.  There may be a slight pinkness to the skin post treatment which fades shortly after the treatment. If there are any brown spots in the treatment area they may temporarily darken for the first few days after.

Significantly improves acne, by shrinking pores, glads, and reduces the post inflammatory redness. This treatment offers improvements for mild wrinkling, blotchiness, and blood vessels. This laser can be done the day of an event. Skin looks radiant.

Recommended Sessions

For best results, a series of 4 – 6 treatments at 2 week intervals is recommended.

Special Considerations

As with any laser treatment we recommend 2 layer UV protection with Vitamin C serum and sunscreen containing zinc oxide and titanium dioxide. Avoid direct sun exposure for at least 2 weeks.
