Our Clinic

Kamloops Skin Solutions is a contemporary Skin and Vein care clinic located along the river in Downtown Kamloops.

We have created a warm and welcoming space which extends past our reception area to a series of client care suites finished with state-of-the-art equipment and products. Our clinic is a fully accredited surgical center that meets rigorous safety, quality and consistency of patient care standards set by the British Columbia College of Physicians & Surgeons.

We take pride in educating our patients to make the right decisions for themselves. We take the time needed to provide a thorough assessment, discussion of diagnosis and available treatment options. Every treatment option we offer is evidence-based and uses advanced equipment and products.

We Are Approachable – For Good Reasons

Accessing the highest quality health care does not have to be difficult or intimidating. Quite the opposite – we believe good care should be convenient, comfortable and inviting.

Our clinic on Lorne Street is on the ground level with easy access. There is street-side parking right outside our door. There is also two-hour free parking available across the street. If your visit to our clinic will be longer than two hours, there is an Impark lot between our building and the Sandman Centre just a short walk away.

Appointments

For your first appointment please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time to answer a questionnaire detailing your medical history or update your information.

To ensure optimal patient care, office flow and overall experience, we reserve the right to reschedule late arrivals of more than 15 minutes. Kamloops Skin Solutions may request deposits for future bookings following multiple “no-shows”. Deposits will be applied to the cost of treatment or retained in the case of a “no-show”.

Payment

We believe in a no-surprises approach. Product and treatment costs are disclosed at the time of consultation and will be confirmed prior to treatment.

The BC Medical Services Plan covers most varicose vein procedures. Some services and procedures however, are not covered by MSP and billing is private.

Deposits will be applied in full to the balance of your bill at the time of procedure. They are refundable with a minimum of two business days cancellation notice. Deposits will be retained if the above requirements are not met. The balance owing for products and services will be due at the time of billing

We accept cash, debit, Visa, Master Card and American Express. Prepaid Gift Cards are available. Personal cheques are not accepted: we apologize for any inconvenience.
