Though you are able to purchase products via the Kamloops Skin Solutions online shop 24/7, items will only be shipped and available for pickup Monday–Friday (excluding statutory holidays) during operational office hours.
At this time, products will be shipped exclusively to addresses within British Columbia, Canada. Delivery times may vary.
Please be aware that orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped. If you change your mind or believe that you have made an error in your order, call our office as soon as possible at 250-372-9995.

All returns and refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Only products that are unopened and unused will be considered for a full refund if returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
